...To screw or not to screw that is the question.

It's interesting all the misconceptions about wine and the corks that are used to preserve them. If you are a wine lover such as myself, you may know a little about the "cork shortage", if not... well... uh, there's a cork shortage. lol! Not really a shortage persay, but we use cork faster than it is able to regenerate or grow. Cork also does get a bit of rot at times. The misconception that screwtop wine is cheap wine, or it isn't good.. that really isn't true either... Wine makers today are bottling excellent wine with screwtops, so don't be afraid when someone starts to unscrew a bottle of wine for you :-)

This is my collection of cork wine stops. I am going to save enough and make a cork board out of them... I'm just doing my small part in the whole reuse-recycle part of life!
