SDI Certification Process
The SDI Certification process consists of 3 key steps and will give the participants advanced facilitation skills and give access to a complete process of Relationship Awareness tools. In order to gain access to SDI Training, Personal Strengths Publishing Inc. expects the participants to complete at least level 1 of SDI Certification. This ensures the complete, accurate and ethical use of the SDI Course.
Step 1: level 1 SDI Certification
To provide the participants with skills, knowledge and resources to initiate working with the aid of SDI Training, is the sole aim of 2 days L1 workshop. SDI Course was developed on the basis of key principles of relationship awareness theory. SDI Training and Relationship awareness theory can endlessly collaborate relationships and conflict management skills to apply in various aspects such as leadership development, team building, influence and communication. On successfully completing SDI Course, applicants will be qualified to purchase, administer and debrief SDI. Step 2: apply and experience
In order to bolster new ideas, it is essential to start using them from the very next moment. It is necessary for the participants to apply what has been taught in level 1 and facilitate the SDI Training at least 5 times in a group or a coaching environment to move to the next level. Level 2 SDI Certification is an advanced implementation of Relationship Awareness tools and you will learn more out of it with some real world experience.
Step 3: level 2 SDI Certification
In order to give you the full picture of Relationship Awareness, it is essential to go through the 2 day level 2 workshops. This intensive SDI Course involves training the trainer and filled with loads of solid theories, exercises to gain work experience and practical application of the SDI Training. This level SDI Course covers various aspects like conflict management, performance coaching, comparative models and relationship based 360 degree feedback. On successfully completing this level SDI Course, the attendees are qualified to purchase, administer and debrief SDI Feedback and Expectation tools. It can give the attendees opportunities to be more effective and attain a higher level of satisfaction in a scenario or relationship by comparing the results of feedback and expectations assessments with results from the self assessment.
The workshop that deals with imparting SDI training to the professionals involves providing the professionals with required resources as well as the confidence so that you are able to work with SDI from next day itself. The workshop is of 2 day duration which certifies the individuals to administer debrief as well as access self assessments of SDI in both group as well as individual setting.
