The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating Apple over the company's handling of information regarding CEO Steve Jobs' health.

The flip-flop from "seeking simple treatment" to "perhaps needing a liver transplant" had made investors wonder what else Apple may be keeping secret, as the Cupertino purveyor of all things "i" has seen its fortunes rise under Jobs' firm hand.

This is the second time that a Venn diagram would show an intersection between "SEC" and "Steve Jobs' Health", the first being the investigation into last year's Internet rumor of Jobs' heart attack (which never happened).

The Securities and Exchange Commission’s review doesn’t mean investigators have seen evidence of wrongdoing, the person said, declining to be identified because the inquiry isn’t public. Bloomberg News reported last week that Jobs is considering a liver transplant as a result of complications after treatment for cancer, according to people who are monitoring his illness.

The SEC has 10000000 more important things to be looking into. Crazy.
