Sir Alan Sugar will reportedly hold talks with the BBC this week over his future on The Apprentice.

I don't quite understand why a person cannot be a politician and be involved in a tv show at the same time. Does it mean that if Sir Alan were to be a politician, he has to give up his business empire too?
