Southwest Airlines has canceled 300 flights and grounded 79 planes for inspection, following a near crash incidence during a flight on Friday. On a Boeing 737 flight belonging to the airline, from Phoenix, Arizona to Sacramento, California, a 5feet by 1foot hole opened on top of the aircraft 18 minutes after takeoff causing the aircraft to drop from 36,000 feet to 11,000 feet in four-and-a-half minute, and prompted an emergency landing at a military base in Yuma, Arizona. Out of the 118 passengers and 5 crew members only one flight attendant received minor injuries
