Spotted: Bernie Madoff

According to CNBC, he was seen "at the courthouse" moments ago, "to discuss his bail conditions." What's upsetting here is not that the terms of his house arrest might be redefined to include jaunts to Palm Beach as o-kay, but that he might not make it home in time to watch the show-down live. Watching it TiVo'd is not the same, and you damn well know it.
