AT&T: Worst US Carrier of 2011
AT&T continues its reign as the worst American mobile service provider. Again. For the third year in a row. Basically, according to Consumer Reports, AT&T is awesome at sucking.
Consumer Cellular, which targets an older market, came out on top, followd by US Cellular and Credo. This is interesting, since Consumer Cellular uses AT&T's network. So, while AT&T has the infrastructure, it's clearly not using it to its subscribers' satisfaction.

Verizon was the highest-rated among the big carriers, followed by Sprint and T-Mobile. Consumer Reports found that the happiest customers of the 66,000 it surveyed were those who either signed on with smaller carriers or went with prepaid plans.
