Take Videoconference a notch with Holograms

The manner of communication takes on another level as London-based company Musion adapted the method of holography in creating life size and life-like images in use for videoconferencing. Musion is establishing it’s reputation by adding new elements in their stage shows. Most of their holographic projections has been already seen in concerts performed by Madonna and the famous virtual band Gorillaz. Holography isn’t that new as Henry Dircks and John Pepper developed an optical illusion convincing their audience that they have encounters with ghosts. This concept was later adapted by Musion replacing huge sheets of glass with transparent polyester foils that is used to pack microwave meals.
