Tenants that before gained for the crisis are now suffering with foreclosed properties that are not being maintained as they have to.

An empire of tenants that had gained for the foreclosure crisis is now being threatened by it. Absentee landlords Michael Steinbach and Janet Dawson approximately own nearly 200 properties, mostly being multi family units, in New Haven.

Till last fall Apple Management have been managing their estates. Today the residents are complaining of mice and cockroaches, of flooded toilets and collapsing ceilings.

During the time of the foreclosure crisis Steinbach and Dawson began to gorge on buying at the time of the housing crisis. They are now battling more than 100 foreclosure suits. It could impact on tenants numbering hundreds either negatively or positively.
