Is there a nation with evolutionary capital?
There are many forms of capital. These are natural capital, manufactured capital, financial capital, intellectual capital, social capital, human capital, cultural capital and technological capital. But is there a nation with evolutionary capital, the society of which is opportunity seeker? In my definition, evolutionary capital is a form of capital a nation reaches in a development stage where its society becomes new opportunity seekers than exploiting the existing and searching for solutions for existing problems. Accordingly, I feel that China is about to achieve this form of capital. There is nothing impossible for Chinese. When you ask them something an idea they realize it in practice and market it to you. It is true that brilliant intellectuals and scientists are in USA, Russia, Europeans nations, Japan, Korea, etc, but those are only the small part of the society. Evolutionary capital should refer about the majority of a society. I this regard, there is no nation as China the majority of its society whom are opportunity seekers!

Pure philosophy now. There is no reference story. I can't see how this meets the test of NowPublic as a story.

Jim, the forms of capital is a research output of a scholar and you can search for it in google scholar or any others journals. With regard to the Chinese as examples of evolutionary capital, you can prove it yourself asking them, They are really opportunity seekers!
