Top YouTube Videos of 2009 are out, and they are as much a reflection of what drew world's attention in 2009 as Google Zeitgeist is. With the only exception that Google's list of top searches has been released since 2001, while YouTube's top searches have been released for the first time ever. YouTube limited its Most Watched list to the top 5 results, but it is a start. And, one can definitely see how the trends shaped in 2009 looking at the fastest-rising terms on YouTube. So, without further due, here are YouTube's headliners this year.

Most Watched YouTube Videos:

1. Susan Boyle - Britain's Got Talent (120+ million views) - the unlikely star Susan Boyle stunned the world with her divine voice and subsequent mental meltdowns, propelling the video of her debut to become the top most watched video on YouTube.
2. David After Dentist (37+ million views) - a dizzy kid coping with the aftermath of the sedatives given to him by his dentist warmed the hearts of 37+ million viewers.
3. JK Wedding Entrance Dance (33+ million views) - this was the highlight of the summer! A creative wedding ceremony for a change.
4. New Moon Movie Trailer (31+ million views) - very expected, c'mon its about vampires...
5. Evian Roller Babies (27+ million views) - declared "the most-viewed online video advertisement in history," this commercial has divided audiences with some saying "creepy," others saying "cool." But, it definitely got people's attention.
