Police Arrest 19-year-Old Hacker: 'Topiary' from LulzSec

Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in Scotland's Shetland Islands. They claim that he is Topiary, the spokesman for LulzSec. Topiary (police have not released his real name) is the third person to be arrested in connection with a rash of "hacktivist" cyber-crimes; all three are under the age of 20.

Topiary's Twitter feed has been deleted, save for one item:

You cannot arrest an idea.

That statement also appeared in LulzSec's open letter to the FBI.

Another British teenager is being "interviewed under caution" in relation to the LulzSec hacks, but has not been arrested.
