Toshiba Corporation (TYO:6502) is one of the leading laptop producers in the world. On June 16th, the company announced a new version of its PortégéR500 ultraportable. It has added a 128 GB solid-state hard drive to it Portege laptop models. The announcement comes in the face of the company moving towards flash-based drives.
