“It was draw for a short when Toyota scored again. 3:2 – result on the board for Toyota's team”

If all this would be a football match, I'd bet for Honda. But it's not football – Toyota is loosing it's clients. So far largest Japanese car maker announced three recalls, Honda had to make two.

The most recent announcement from Toyota is that companies best selling car, the Corolla, is due to have power-steering problems. It follows the previous recalls for brakes and jammed accelerator issues.

The jammed accelerator was the first issue to be found and it affected seven car model including iQ and Avensis. Later brake problem was announced in the Prius model and recall followed short after.

While Toyota is fixing it's affected cars, Honda made two recalls so far. But it had nothing to do with brakes or accelerator. The first recall was made because of faulty power window switches in it's Fit, Jazz and City models. The most recent announcement featured an airbag problem.

Due to numerous recalls and number of cars affected both companies will loose a huge number of clients and it will take years to get them back.

I would love to see a comparison of the different car companies and the # of recalls per year or model
