TweetDeck, a popular iPhone application is currently missing from the iPhone app store. The popular app, usually featured within the store, has completely disappeared for the time being.

TweetDeck 1.1 was recently released but there were major glitches and bugs in the system and the app has been pulled from the iPhone app store temporarily.

We are happy to spread the word that the app has since been fixed and resubmitted to Apple with version 1.1.1.

Users are already anticipating the return of the popular Adobe AIR Twitter desktop app. It is an extremely user friendly application that features a split interface with columns, and social media integration with Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.

The TweetDeck app is in the process of being fixed and will be back in the app store shortly. Another version of TweetDeck has already been submitted to Apple for review before release.

Wednesday Update:

TweetDeck is now back in the iPhone app store with the latest TweetDeck 1.1.1 version which includes numerous updates and new features. After many glitches with the 1.1 version, the app was pulled on Monday but the new TweetDeck is now currently available for download.

One of the new TweetDeck features is a form of Facebook integration that allows users to have columns of friends or integrate a feed from Facebook specific to status updates. Other new features include a video recording system powered by 12seconds, landscape composing, and bit.ly support.
