Listen up, tweeps: Twitter has changed its Terms of Service. The Twitter TOS update is pretty straightforward: the gist is that your tweets belong to you. This means that you, and not Twitter, are responsible for what you tweet. However, Twitter retains the right to distribute and publish your tweets as they see fit.

Also, while no specific plans are mentioned, Twitter gave itself a back door to allow for advertising to become involved with normal Twitter communication.
