UK email to be recorded by the UK government

A report on BBC News Online confirms that all email sent to or from a UK ISP will be stored for 12 months. The body of the message will be discarded, but the sender's details along with the destination will be recorded by the state.

-like google, yahoo, etc have been doing this for years (3yr min up until a while ago)!? its all in your "terms and conditions" when you sign up ;)
