and also SocialMarker is a free social networks submitter but the only issue with this great tool that it is not fully automatic it has a big manually part in it's submitting .
to be more clear that the process run like that , you go to SocialMarker website through the click able button in your tools bar or through the websites button which you can have it on your website by pasting kind of script in your site HTML.
then you will sit your topic description and tags and choose the social marking networks you want to share that topic on it and click submit.
you will see that the SocialMarker site send you to a new window that you will find on it in the buttons your post url and it's title and its description and its tags
and in the middle you can see social networks sites that you chose are shown on their submitting story pages (you must be log in to make it more easy) and all you have to do is dragging url,title,description, tags from SocialMarker boxes below and put them in their places on the submitting pages
