Video: The Greatest Spelling Bee Fail of all Time

You don't have to be naive to figure out that this kid is trolling the Spelling Bee. 

In the Regional level Spelling Bee, Contestant Chris was asked to spell the world "Heron". He consistently asked for the word to be repeated, for the definition of the word, and for it to be used in a sentence.

Chris swears up and down that he really couldn't hear the announcer because the speakers were pointed away from the contestants and at the audience.

Why didn't he just ask her to spell it?
