Videocon has joined the Android smartphone bandwagon by launching two smartphones – the A20 and the A30

Videocon has entered into the Smartphone segment with the launched of A20 and A30, affordable Android Smartphones in India. These are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Processors and has Dual SIM support with Dual Standby.
 These phones also come with pre-loaded apps including Facebook, TOI, ET, History Eraser and more.

In all probability, both these phones are based on Qualcomm’s Reference Design platform. Qualcomm is expected to get aggressive with local Indian players with its range of Snapdragon chipsets. It is also expected to provide a reference design with a quad-core processor in the second quarter of 2013.
