VIRGIN MEDIA ... WHERE HAS IT GONE WRONG ?

When NTL was sold to VIRGIN MEDIA just a short time ago I was rubbing my hands with Glee, but now like many other VIRGIN MEDIA customers .. I am thinking of Switching to SKY.

First there was the Promise of a Better Service .. which has only got Worse with time, Then there was the Shameful fight over SKY ONE .. at which they Failed ! and NOW to top it all` the " so called " Fast Broadband Service is Slower than any Service that I have Ever used ?.

The question is Where has it all gone Wrong ? and How can they fix the problem`s !!!

I think they should do the Customers a Favour and SELL UP to someone who Knows how to do the Job

I for one` WILL be switching to SKY unless the Service get`s better in the next Fortnight.

you cant leave once you start to use thier services rite?? they are crafty i say! suck people rite in! they send you the broadband thinking that your getting  a quality service at cheap prices, then send you everything -modem +all the gear to get stuk into, you hook it all up..realise its crap! and then days later you recieve your 'welcome to virgin media' letter with a contract saying you can cancel within 7days..if u havent already started using the service

and to top it all off...they charge £25 quid a month on the contract, when advertised £17.50 on their website!

one word....
