Vito's

My brother was named after Vito Corleone, the Don from the Godfather movies. We ate at Vito's before leaving St. Louis for the long weekend. It was kind of risky eating pizza in St. Louis. They have a dish called "St. Louis Style Pizza". We ate some St. Louis Style Pizza on our first night in St. Louis. St. Louis Style Pizza is thin crust pizza topped with Provel Cheese instead of Mozzarella. It leaves the pizza with a slimy texture. I didn't like it. Thankfully we found some normal pizza at Vito's.
