It is believed that women are finding it easier to socialise in virtual chat rooms than in real life. Experts opine that a large appeal of the game lies in the concept of creating online community for instant messaging and e-mailing in chat rooms. It’s a great way to socialise without actually having to go out and meet people.

The prize money offered by the online gaming companies for winning the jackpot acts as a big incentive for these women. Researches predict that Bingo market is set to grow by 23% by 2010,and online Bingo is also set to flourish.

Traditionally the core market of online Bingo consists of older women, but more and more young women of today’s Internet savvy generation are also making their strong presence felt. Bingo is now the most important leisure activity in the UK of women between 20 and 25 years old.

According to figures released by Global Betting and gaming Consultants (GBGC), online Bingo games generated wins of£72 million in 2206,and amount expected to reach 3164 Million by 2013.Needless to say, participation of women in generating this amount is commendable.
