It is true that technology is vital for mankind automating processes, increasing the quality and quantity of goods and services. It is true that the computing technology shrunk our vast world into a village creating economic integration, social and cultural homogeneity and sharing of same political ideology. All these are advantages to mankind in exploiting and sharing resources efficiently and effectively.

On the other hand, creative destruction technologies are making people jobless than ever in history. For example, the mobile phone technology has destroyed the photo and video camera, the photo film, the TV, the watch, the calculator, the radio and even the computer and other industries. This is in fact good news for electronic consumers. The bad news is that it made millions of people jobless through creative destruction of those products  now compiled by mobile phones and the industries those products were produced.

In the future, I am afraid that taxi will be driven through remote control and millions of taxi drivers lose their jobs, just for example. How can you rate the advantages and disadvantages of product destructive technologies?
