Is YouTube really worth its value? Is it going to lose this value? Do websites that depend on users for their content will no longer exist? Is it possible to find one day an empty worthless YouTube which bought by google for 1.65 billion just 2 years ago?!

No I don't think so, you tube is good entertainment and study material.
