Hey wanni77 I found some things that didn't pass my sniff test. Could it be... fishy??? You might want to fix some stuff up or else it's headed to the bottom of our bird cage.

wanni77, I used to think this story was fishy but now, I'm not so sure anymore for these reasons
It's kinda grown on me -- seafood is my favorite sort of news. But please in this article give more details about the linked story, not just the link.

What does this mean? This is a true story. This village
is being developed with the use of ICT and I have visited the village and seen
the development. Ministry of Education of Sri Lanka has given me an assignment
to develop 5 rural villages using ICTs using my experiences at Horizon Lanka www.horizonlanka.org. This is a true
story.
