There are two problems with this:
1) Drivers, cyclists, riders, and pedestrians associate "car horn" with "danger". They do not make the same association with Sean Paul songs.

2) Loading a lame dance track as your car horn, and then honking whilst in a traffic jam... you've just pissed off everyone around you, and you have no escape route...

By connecting a USB drive to the dash-mounted unit, you can load up to 8 MP3s (I'd recommend editing your own songs, sound effects, exhortations, etc. with Audacity, but you will also be able to download horntones from the company's website). The Horntones FX-550 should cost $150 when it's released around the beginning of March, after which all the wrong people can buy one.
This is just monumentally unsafe.
