If you want to be picky: 114g is not the lightest and there are certainly more thin phones than 17.3mm -- but I have no need to shave with my phone, so that's okay. 

 It only supports HSDPA on 2100 MHz but looking into this topic reveals madness:

  • 2100 (downlink) / 1900 (uplink) for Europe and Asia (usually referred simply as W-CDMA 2100)
  • 2110-2155 MHz (downlink) / 1710-1755 MHz (uplink) for America (e.g. T-Mobile)
  • 1900 / 850 (independently, for both the uplink and downlink) for America (e.g. AT&T Mobility)
  • 900 for Europe (e.g. Elisa Oyj)
  • 850 for Australia (Telstra NextG) and Brazil (Telemig Celular)

I thought after we need quad band radio for GSM, the next generation will bring in some simplicity. Apparently not -- travellers, do not even think on travelling across continents and getting HSDPA service. We are back in the stone age.
