Driving on Chicago's Wacker Drive, you can get a wireless Internet connection that fills a laptop's screen with full-size, full-motion, television-quality video, but only if you have a WiMax chipset plugged into your computer.

In a preview of the WiMax wireless broadband network that will blanket the Chicago market next spring, Motorola Inc. engineers have activated four antennas along Wacker to demonstrate the technology to thousands of visitors who will attend the WiMax World trade show at McCormick Place this week.
