Teenagers charged over river body

A 13-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy have been charged with the murder of a woman whose body was found in a river.

The teenagers - who have not been named by police but both come from Colchester, Essex - were accused of killing 24-year-old Helen Maughan, said a police spokesman.
