If you've ever wondered who's driving like a bonehead up ahead, it could be a teen who's behind the wheel, steering with one hand and sending a text message with the other. According to a study ... almost half of teens (do this).

This is truly disquieting to know that this kind of irresponsibility exists on our streets. Drivers, who use cell phones for talking or texting, actually turn their automobiles into moving weapons. Their should be stiff penalties for this kind of negligent behavior. It's as bad as driving under the influence of alcohol.

Normally I'd say that drivers who crash whilst texting are just doing Darwin's dirty work, but there are often other vehicles involved, i.e. the crasher crashes into a crashee.
