Kate Middleton is the latest member of the Royal Family to have a nude photo scandal. Celeb Dirty Laundry reported on September 13 that a French magazine has naked pictures of the Duchess sunbathing topless, and are about to go public with them.

While the new photographs should take the heat off of Prince Harry, Kate Middleton and her husband, Prince William, will likely not be happy about this huge invasion of privacy. According to the report, the nude photos were taken during the Duke and Duchess’ latest vacation to Chateau D’Autet in Provence.

Kate Middleton was spied catching some sun topless with her husband, when a member of the paparazzi caught the entire thing on camera. This means yet another nude photo scandal for the Royal Family, as Prince Harry was photographed naked in Las Vegas in August.
