March 13, 2007 Texas - An enormous mulch pile that has been spewing smoke for nearly three months could take another month to put out, a state environmental official said Monday. Firefighters discovered a section of the fire burning underground, creating the possible monthlong delay, said Terry Clawson, a spokesman for the Commission on Environmental Quality.
