Yeah, you know what guys. He's right. It's time we admit it. We don't really want this to be a cure for one of the most deadliest diseases in the world. We just want to sit around, doing nothing but getting high all day. Why would I want to find a cure for the disease that killed my uncle when I can just get high legally? For a second there I thought we were trying to inform the public of a natural cure for many, many things that the government knew about back in the 70's and covered up intentionally. For a second there I thought we were trying to fight the evil tyranny of the posession of harmless, all-natural cannabis being a criminal offense while the pharmaceutical companies research and market synthesized forms of THC. For a second there I actually thought we were on the good side fighting those greedy, lost souls who are profiting off of others pain, suffering and death. Also, yes, let us do an IQ test of cannabis users vs non users. Nevermind the fact that most highly educated people either have too much to lose by getting caught so they avoid it or they do so so discretely you would never even know they are users. You obviously have never tried cannabis. Too brainwashed by the Anslinger propaganda machine I suppose. I use to be in your position once until, guess what, I tried it for myself!! I found it to be a virtually harmless substance (when vaporized, not smoked) that enhances all senses and just has a way of making things better. Not for everyone? Yes, just like anything else. Chance for abuse? Of course, lack of self control can lead to abuse which can be bad, but then again what can't?

All this aside from the hypocritical situation of alcohol and tobacco, the true killers, being legal and non-toxic cannabis being a felonius offense. All of this aside from the many, many beneficial uses of industrial hemp. All of this aside from the many well educated cannabis embiders who did their own research to find cannabis to be a much safer and healthier alternative to alcohol but who have the unfortune of getting busted and are left with a felony offense on their record if not much worse consequences such as jail time, loss of employment, or even loss of their children.

Please, America, let's wake up. Let's do the research and educate ourselves. It might be hard for some of you to believe, but your government is lying to you! MY mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer where her cancer tumor has grown to over 12 cm. The doctored has announced that she only has one year to live at the most and her chance of curing it with traditional medicine is 1 in 200. She is going under surgery in 2 weeks. If traditional medicine failed and the doctor announced there is nothing more they can do for her, we are going to try it. As there is nothing to lose.

Why wait??  The sooner, the better.

I'm offended that the governments of the US, UK and others are deliberately keeping THC in all it's forms illegal - there was a recent uproar over here in the UK about Lords amending the law for a fee - clearly Big Pharma has had their fingers in that pie!  It's a complete injustice, a breach of our civil rights and ultimately human rights. I believe it would be a good idea for every educated individual to put up posters, leaflets and the like around their local area and/or city - putting this very article up everywhere could be a good start!

Ultimately we need to convience the undecided and uneducated masses of the truth of this medicine before we can ever win against a greedy and dare I say "evil" establishment.

I have a theory on this whole thing!

The real reason why WEED is not legal is because weed is a cureall! It helps cure cancer, and other illness plus it helps people who have other illness cope with their illness. Be it ADD, ADHD, Bi Polar diss order etc...

I believe also that religion has had a major hand in this since I believe that once Jesus was taken off the cross he didnt die, and later was ressarected! No he wasnt dead but was dying, and when he was cured by so called "Exotic oils" they were using hemp based oils which is what helped him survive his being placed on the cross.

Jesus was a false saviour but the churches of the time who he over took in creation of the new ROMAN empire needed to create a demi god in order to get their church off, and running, and so they hid away the truth about how Jesus walked out of his tomb.

Really? You really think an all natural CURE for cancer is wanted by the pharmaceutical companies? Even if they were able to patent and profit off of it somehow there is no way it would rival the money brought in now by all their cancer treatments on the market. With all the tests pointing to the fact that cannabanoids actually do have lots of potential to help a variety of illnesses wouldn't you imagine they would be running many, many tests on the herb? However, the tests are few and far between. Perhaps it is because it is classified as a schedule I drug which severly dampers the amount of research that could be occuring, leading to more cures. Did I mention that one requirement of being a schedule I drug is it must have "no accepted medical use"? Please folks this fight to get a real cure for cancer has been going on for quite sometime. But please understand this, marijuana was a name made up to demonize hemp. We use to sell it in this country in the late 1800's early 1900's  Then the corporate pill pushers at that time got it demonize and made it illegal. Even for a short time during WWII we used it to make rope from hemp for the troops. They have know it's health benefit for 100 years and more. Lastly the hemp oil must be extracted in the right way, and don't confuse it with hemp seed oil which is different. Also a certain type of hemp must be used. Talk to a expert on hemp and learn to make yourself. And to all you who think smoking is all you need to do, not so, you need a concentrated form of THC to get the health benefit of it. Remember when you burn something you carbonize it, and it becomes a carcinogen to the body. Remember your body is natural system, so don't drink or eat things that are not natural. If God didn't make it, don't eat it. Take care of yourself because the evil greedy health system we have in the U. S sure won't.
