The_Cynic's Channel

I am a blogger and an aspiring author looking for the elusive lucky break - and looking for either, or both, literary agent, publisher.

That said - in a world that is becoming, or - more to the point - has become, cynical; you now meet a person who is, by default, a cynic.

By and large I will not agree with what you have to say - and is that a bad thing? I really don't think so as I also believe in that little human trait of freedom of speech - no, not a lot of people believe that. What they do believe is that it is OK to say it as long as what you have to say is what they want to hear.

For the most part of my life I have learned all from a life that is one of experience.

So much so that as a young man I was told that I would amount to nothing because of where I was born - I now know that this was incorrect - and that is because of the media that you are using now.

In 1987 I was, well not me but those whom came to visit me in hospital, told that I had a week to live - as you can see, I am still alive today.

I am an avid, and I mean avid lover of politics. I have my own opinion of said - and you will never change my mind about it - some have tried, and most, if not all have lost in trying to change my mind.

I hate poverty and corporations who, through deeds and actions, propagate that poverty - and though I love politics I detest politicians who do not live up to the status we allow them to have.
