The Folsom Street Fair
The Folsom Street FairI went to the Folsom Street Fair sans notebook and sans camera, partly because I didn't want to look like a tourist or journalist, and partly just because I didn't feel like carrying stuff around. Well, it was definitely pretty strange.
Upon first arriving, I found myself in front of a stage where an ambiguously-gendered band was capably covering 80's tunes. Thin, leather clad men gyrated on platforms at either end of the stage. The music was actually pretty good, so I stuck around for a bit, but eventually I turned around and headed east on Folsom St. Almost immediately the foot traffic ground to a halt; there was evidently a spectacle ahead. I worked my way towards the front, and lo and behold, it appeared to be a mostly-naked transsexual woman getting whipped (and enjoying it).

Ah, the Folsom Street Fair was this past weekend and I wanted this post to be as diverse and fun as the city that hosts this annual event. There are lots of photographs and video from Sunday still running around. Some is a little on the naked side, and some is more spank oriented, but either way we want to see what you witnessed. So send in your stuff...
Looking for a more traditional article...
Or perhaps you are not into the leather and want some pleather...
And even a more conservative outlook...

Folsom Street Fair was wilder and crazier than ever in San Francisco, this year... and it'll never be the same again since serenading Ukulele Ray debuted his R. Crumb "Devil Girl" Lunchbox-A-Lele for the thousands of leather-clad visitors.

Great stuff! Almost like being there...well, not, actually. I am here...sniff, not there.
Sigh.
