The Mirage Casino's Dolphin Habitat is under review because over the last decade more than half of its dolphin population has died. In an agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, The Mirage has agreed to make changes to the way it cares for the animals, but those changes have not been disclosed.

Animal rights advocates said the dolphins are dying because they should not be kept captive in facilities like The Mirage.
