The right to bare (big) arms - New Jersey restaurant against dining in a tank top

Hopefully the Toms River "Lobster Shanty" is the exception and not the rule as it relates to its Tank Top policy. Taking the right of New Jersians from dining in a tank top would be like banning the beret in France. For those who are unfamiliar with the tri-state area and some of our many forms of local flavor, you might want to check out NJ Guido.com.
The pictures say it all. (hopefully it will progress to video)

the source, thanks for posting this... out of context, though, it's hard to get a sense of the story. Is this a trend in Jersey? I thought that the white ribbed tank-top was part of the summer uniform in NJ! I'd love to see some more context.
Tanking my tank-top?! From my cold, dead biceps...
