The Royalist - Dame Helen Is Queen of The Baftas

Dame Helen Mirren has been crowned Queen of The Baftas tonight after being named Best Actress for her big screen portrayal of Elizabeth II.

The Oscar-nominated actress, who may soon be enjoying tea with the real-life monarch, beat off stiff competition from another legendary Dame, Judi Dench, to pick up the prestigious award for her title role in The Queen.
