Mohamed Al Fayed has sensationally won his legal battle to overturn Baroness Butler Sloss's decision not to call a jury to sit at the inquest into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed.

Following deliberations, three senior High Court judges have ruled that the coroner hearing the inquest "shall do so sitting with a jury."
