I’m a C6 quadriplegic from a diving accident at 14 and live in the fabulous city of Minneapolis. I’m a freelance writer and have been the SCI Life columnist for New Mobility magazine since 2003. I also host No Free Rides, a Cosmo-esque podcast for women with disabilities.
