This is a horrible story but I have something to say about it below.
A Belgian man has been arrested after a dinner guest helping to clear up after the meal opened a freezer and found the body of the host's wife and stepson.
This is what I have to say: a few years ago we had a Belgium person working at the Target store in Nye. I though he acted kind of strange. I didn't say anything, but now I read this story today about the people who were having dinner at a friend's house and she finds two bodies in the guy's freezer.
A woman guest left the table to put leftovers in the freezer and alerted the authorities to the discovery.
We are spending far too much on foreign aid in my humble opinion. These African countries will never get ANYWHERE until they take responsibility for their own moral values.

Thelma Jesselman, this story needs a great deal of work before I can remove this demotion.
You seem to think that a case like this demonstrates something significant about an entire country. I don't think you justify this in your story.
Belgium by the way is not in Africa; it is in Europe.
I would very much appreciate it if you would correct your story.
