There are several in Nashville, TN.. right on music row... Kind of a new thing - a couple years ago they were unvieled I believe...

Union Station, Washington DC, does not count because it's not an outdoor public place.

Also, the statues are not proper nudes because they've got a shield in front and a cloak at the back.
