There's a ring about

We hear the story of the non-engagement-ring. Then Joe pulls out this beauty of a ring saying he was told to pick it up and bring it to the dinner. For a while, a good while, everyone thought that maybe just maybe Hamel really had done something amazing to make amends for not securing his engagement in the traditional manner - with a ring. Not least as Joe was telling the truth - it just wasn't Hamel who told him to pick it up..
