Three Alarm Fire Destroys San Jose Home

California - Units of the San Jose Fire Department were alerted to a house fire at 1845 Newport Ave. in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood just before 2:30 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2006. Firefighters found heavy fire conditions with exposures threatened on at least two sides of the involved structure. With conditions quickly deteriorating a second-alarm was struck followed by a third-alarm within 20 minutes. (6 Photos)
