By DAVID POOLE The Charlotte Observer NASCAR has notified teams that if two or more drivers were tied for 10th in the Nextel Cup standings after 26 races, that tie would not be broken. All of those drivers would make the Chase, NASCAR officials said in a technical bulletin.
