The Kingston rat is like most other rats in towns of this size. We
should all count our blessings that it is not like the Vancouver rat,
which is made from the same stuff that forms nightmares.

In fact, were these critters in a cage and we could avoid their
pink, ugly tails, I dare say they could be a bit cute. Sadly when
they’re loose in our houses, they are not cute.

I just about stepped on a Vancouver rat last week while walking through Gastown.  A sizeable beast.  I think it could have taken me.
