TORONTO (CP) - Toronto-born freelance photojournalist Rita Leistner was covering the siege of Najaf, Iraq, in the summer of 2004 when she and three other independent photographers in the region, one of them a defector from Saddam Hussein's army, realized their work wasn't "getting out enough, or being seen enough."
