Tour of California Moves North Across the Bay

Over 130,000 spectators clanged, tooted and whistled their way up and down an 81-mile bike course yesterday, scaring every seagull from Sausalito to Santa Rosa, and leading many to believe the Amgen Tour of California is an event with a serious future.
