There is a legal showdown brewing in Texas with Gov.Rick Perry, TxDoT
and the EPA over the Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC). If the plan was to go
forward, it would swallow  584,000  acres of private property under
eminent domain. Gov.Perry had considered the plan with Cintra-Zachry Construction Corporation
the
Spanish Construction Corp. contracted to build the toll road, a 'done
deal'. Four Texas cities Bartlett, Holland, Little River-Academy, and
Rogers have formed a commission to contest the brazen land-grab.

"SuperCorridor" is to run through several Mexican states and then through Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Ontario.
